Maui Housing Factory Construction

On October 3, 2024, Guerdon Modular started working on building homes for 27 families devastated by the Maui wildfires in 2023. This is part of a greater effort to house hundreds of families displaced by the fires.

These modular units were constructed in our in-house factory in Boise, Idaho, which provides effective rapid solution to the housing crisis in Hawaii by delivering durable, permanent yet relocatable homes straight to the island state.
