Crane Install – Home2 by Hilton – South San Francisco

Crane installation for the first modular Home2 by Hilton began August 8, 2018. The crane set was completed on August 22nd. 87 modules were craned into place over the first-floor podium in only 11 working days. This video was filmed during a set event hosted by the developer on August 15th. Altogether, the project features 144 rooms. Located in South San Francisco, just a few miles north of the airport, the forward-thinking developer went with modular construction to open the doors sooner and take advantage of the great ADR & OCC rates in the area.
