Marriott’s Modular Initiative

On April 21st 2016, at the set event of the 1st Marriott Hotel to be built using modular construction, Marriott’s Jennifer Lund and Tharaldson’s Larry Madson discussed their involvement in Marriott’s modular initiate. The program began in late 2014 when Marriott issued a challenge to the modular industry to make their technology available to Marriott’s owner’s and franchisees.
