These units are labeled for the state of Nevada and have been design for compliance in Oklahoma, Texas, North Dakota, and New Mexico. They can also be used in locations, such as California for emergency interim housing where municipalities have instituted strategies to navigate or temporarily bypass traditional building codes and zoning regulations to meet the immediate emergency/ temporary need.

While typically known for our large-scale commercial housing, Guerdon also offers camp product; ready-to-deploy modules designed to provide dignified and comfortable living spaces for a variety of needs. These 65-foot by 12-foot modules feature four individual living units, each resembling a small hotel room equipped with essential amenities including a bed, bathroom, closet, desk, and HVAC system. Fire-sprinkled and designed for easy transport and relocation, these units offer unparalleled flexibility and convenience for numerous applications.

In Los Angeles, they provided shelter for 100 individuals during the COVID-19 pandemic, and in San Jose, they formed a quick-build 76-bed interim housing facility.
