The AC Hotel Santa Rosa, Guerdon’s second AC by Marriott, began factory construction in the fall of 2018. The 142-room project will be set on the site of an existing parking lot at 5th and Davis streets in Santa Rosa, CA’s historic Railroad Square. The five-story project features a site built ground floor with retail space and a restaurant. The second through fifth floors will be made up of 86 modules built in Guerdon’s Boise, Idaho factory.

Santa Rosa was devastated by fires in 2017 and is looking to modular construction as a solution to rebuild quickly.
