With a design that prioritizes both communal spirit and individual comfort, this facility houses private rooms; each thoughtfully crafted to accommodate single or double occupancy. Shared spaces, including bathrooms, showers, a communal kitchen, dining area, and living room, foster a sense of unity and collaboration.

INTERCHANGEABLE MODULES Designed with versatility to scale up or down based on the specific needs of the workforce. The example design below is composed of 10 module units housing 14 to 28 individuals. Additions of extra rooms or shared spaces can be accommodated as demands evolve. This dynamic structure ensures that the facility grows in tandem with the workforce requirements.
