RiverView Place | Big Sky, Montana

RiverView Place is a new modular apartment development under construction in Big Sky, Montana. The project is being developed by Lone Mountain Land Company in partnership with Big Sky Community Housing Trust and Big Sky Resort Area District. The project is expected to be ready for occupancy in the Fall of 2023.

RiverView Place is an 8 building mix of apartments and dorm style housing with 496 beds (387 bedrooms) for full time permanent employees. The workforce housing development is utilizing modular construction to raise quality, meet tight timelines, and have the housing ready by winter.

The apartments will range in size from studios to two-bedroom units, with the largest units being around 1,000 square feet.

The modular construction process will enable the developers to complete the project quickly and efficiently, as the units are constructed off-site in a factory and then assembled on-site. This method also allows for a higher level of quality control and can result in cost savings compared to traditional construction methods.

RiverView Place will offer a range of amenities, including a fitness center, a community lounge, and a rooftop deck with views of Lone Mountain. The development will also feature on-site parking, bike storage, and ski lockers, making it an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts.

The apartments will be available for rent, with prices ranging based on income. The developers hope that RiverView Place will provide much-needed affordable housing options for local residents, as well as catering to the seasonal workforce and visitors to the Big Sky area.
