Upscale Condo Development Offers Modern, Efficient Living

The Strathmore, and new 24‐unit condominium development in Regina, Saskatchewan, is due to open Spring 2013.

Construction began in October 2012 and will take only 7 months to complete. Included in the modular design are a central elevator, en suite HVAC and water heater, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The Strathmore boasts an in‐ground, heated parking garage atop which the modules were placed.

Even in the often‐bitter cold and snowy weather of Regina in the winter months, less than 7 months elapsed from the start of construction to the completion. Guerdon’s innovative modular construction saved developer Deveraux Modern Living both time and money. The modular units were designed and built to spec in Guerdon’s state‐of‐the‐art manufacturing facility in Boise, Idaho and transported to Regina where they were craned into place to form the newest luxury condo complex in Saskatchewan.
